Job Overview

The Principal Engineer plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between all internal and external stakeholders involved in projects under Project Development & Engineering. This role is responsible for managing interfaces across multiple discipline and organizations, ensuring alignment of priorities, goals, and timelines. The role focuses on mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, and enhancing efficiency throughout the project’s lifecycle by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in interface and stakeholder management, preferably in large-scale capital projects or the mining industry.
