Position Summary & Scope of Work

Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural design delivery across projects, ensuring design quality, compliance, constructability, and alignment with company objectives. The role involves design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical oversight from concept through construction and handing over.

Scope of Work:

• Lead architectural design development from concept to implementation

• Establish and maintain architectural design standards, guidelines, and best practices

• Review, approve, and sign off architectural deliverables.

• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and operational requirements.

• Review plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, procedures, reports. Memos, status reports. Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, specifications, plans.

• Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, façade and other project discipline toward the success of the project

• Resolve design conflicts and manage interfaces across disciplines.

• Chair or contribute to design coordination and technical review meetings

• Ensure alignment with client stakeholders

• Provide architectural leadership during construction, including review of shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups

• Response to RFIs and design clarifications

• Site inspections and quality reviews

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to direct reports architects

• Review and validate work produced by team members.

• Contribute to performance development and knowledge sharing.

Qualification & Experience/s

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum experience of 8 years of relevant professional experience, mainly in housing projects, residential projects and high-end finishes and with an excellent knowledge in local market and supply chains.
