About HAKA
Objective
The Chief of Staff (CoS) plays a pivotal role in managing the CEO’s agenda, driving strategic alignment across the organization, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Working directly with and reporting to the CEO, this role serves as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and oversees strategic projects to align with company mission and long-term objectives.
Responsibilities
•The role holder will take on a leadership role encompassing multiple facets and contribute to the overall achievement of the business target in line with the business vision and objectives, orporate guidelines, and policies.
•Drive the strategic agenda for the Company and ensure alignment of all key stakeholders.
•Lead the strategy development and coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
•Identify strategic challenges, formulate solutions, and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives.
•Manage the operations of the CEO Office, including structuring and prioritizing the CEO’s engagements, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
•Prepare and align content for the CEO’s corporate and board-level engagements, including presentations and reports.
•Facilitate effective communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments to drive alignment with the strategic goals.
•Define and oversee agendas for the board &Business Review Meetings, ensuring execution of strategic priorities.
•Establish and implement governance frameworks, including managing strategic scorecards to measure success against Company Objectives.
•Drive and own the agenda for Board of Directors, working closely with the Board Secretary to ensure effective meeting outcomes.
•Coordinate strategic projects with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact results.
•Develop and manage an optimum organizational structure for the CEO's Office, ensuring the best use of resources and clear communication across teams.
•Drive the Company’s change management agenda, focusing on improving systems, processes, and practices to enhance operational excellence.
•Lead talent management efforts within the CEO's Office, ensuring a highly engaged, motivated, and high-performing team.
•Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate stakeholders, ensuring streamlined interactions and efficient issue resolution.
•Manage the CEO Office budget, ensuring alignment with the company's financial targets.
Qualifications & Experiences
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•Minimum of 10 years experience in Strategy, Performance, Finance, or Consulting roles.
•Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience in multi-regional and diverse organizational settings.
•Strong expertise in strategy formulation, operational governance, and stakeholder management.
•Proficiency in analyzing trends, data, and business metrics to drive informed decision-making.
•Advanced communication and presentation skills in English.
•Knowledge of supply chain and procurement industries is highly desirable.
