Responsibilities
  • Design and introduce the company’s training and development framework, policies, and standards.

  • Analyze and identify competency and skill gaps through performance data, surveys, and discussions with management.

  • Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy and workforce planning.

  • Create and implement digital onboarding and learning programs leveraging technology (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools).

  • Develop and maintain engaging training materials, manuals, and visual aids.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, trainers, and learning content, recommending improvements.

  • Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments.

  • Build partnerships with external training providers and certification bodies.

  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards on training outcomes and employee skill progress.

  • Support managers and supervisors in applying coaching and learning techniques within their teams.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.

  • 7-10 years of experience in Training and Development is required.

  • Experience using Oracle.
