About HAKA
Responsibilities
Design and introduce the company’s training and development framework, policies, and standards.
Analyze and identify competency and skill gaps through performance data, surveys, and discussions with management.
Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy and workforce planning.
Create and implement digital onboarding and learning programs leveraging technology (e.g., LMS, e-learning tools).
Develop and maintain engaging training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, trainers, and learning content, recommending improvements.
Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments.
Build partnerships with external training providers and certification bodies.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards on training outcomes and employee skill progress.
Support managers and supervisors in applying coaching and learning techniques within their teams.
Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
7-10 years of experience in Training and Development is required.
Experience using Oracle.
