About HAKA
Requirements
Minimum of 9 years’ experience in Feasibility Studies (Economic/Financial).
Develop financial models to assess project viability (CAPEX & OPEX), revenues, cash flows, and financial indicators (NPV, IRR, Payback Period, etc.).
Perform sensitivity and risk analyses to evaluate the impact of uncertainties on project performance.
Prepare detailed feasibility study reports and presentations for senior management, clients and investors. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies) to gather accurate data.
Provide recommendations on project feasibility, investment attractiveness, and risk mitigation strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in feasibility studies, financial modeling, or investment analysis.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, EViews, or financial modeling software.
Knowledge of project evaluation methods (NPV, IRR, Cost-Benefit Analysis , LCC).
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Professional Certification from known institutes such as CFI is a plus.
