Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.

  • Experience with advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), smart meters, and data analytics

  • Designing and implementing demand response, grid automation, and distributed energy resource (DER) integration

  • Knowledge of grid modernization technologies, including IoT, edge computing, and AI/ML for grid intelligence

  • Working with SCADA, EMS, DMS, and ADMS systems

  • Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, MQTT)
