Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.

  • Designing, developing, and testing electric vehicle (EV) charger systems (AC and DC fast chargers)

  • Deep understanding of power electronics, converters, and inverter design

  • Working with charging standards and protocols (e.g., CCS, CHAdeMO, GB/T, ISO 15118, OCPP)

  • Integrating chargers with Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Vehicle Control Units (VCU)

  • Performing system-level simulations and electrical analysis (e.g., using MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS)
