Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree.

  • Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions

  • Documenting interactions and following up on unresolved cases
