About HAKA
Roles and Responsibilities
Payroll Team:
Manage employee compensation and benefits.
Process payroll on a regular schedule.
Handle compliance.
Address employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
Payroll Team KPIs:
1.Timeliness of Payroll Processing
Collect time sheet collection based on client format
Measure the percentage of payrolls processed on time.
Release payslip
Track delays and their causes.
2. Accuracy of Payroll
Calculate the error rate in payroll calculations
Monitor the number of corrections required post-payroll.
3. Employee Satisfaction
Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction with payroll accuracy and responsiveness.
Track the number of payroll-related inquiries or complaints.
4. Compliance Rate
Monitor adherence to Gosi regulations and deadlines.
Measure the number of compliances relating to audit requirements.
Employee related accrual like Vacation, End of service benefit, Air ticket, Prepayment like medical insurance, iqama and work permit, SEC ID, Prepare payroll master and prepare WPS file for enable to release payroll, Maintain employee master and bank details with proper approval.
