Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Management Information Systems (MIS), or degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of SAP MDG Experience.
- Fluent in SAP processes including HANA, BODS, BPC, Cloud, and Basis.
- Skilled with enterprise resource planning programming.
- Fluent in business case development and business process analysis.
- Certification in SAP MDG domain.
- A critical thinker who leads with agility.
- Good understanding of Master Data Governance (MDG) platform and thorough knowledge of data quality and assessment in project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirements.
- Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan.
- Responsible for analysis, advisory services, specification and complex problem solving within the SAP area.
- Help define and develop standards and guidelines for data processes.
- Work closely with SAP functional team and master data teams.
- Master data domain (such as Asset or Materials) work stream experience. Gather information and execute master data needs.
- Provide support for core data needs in the ERP system.
- Establishes data governance policies with business and participates in the development and implementation of those data policies.
- Integrate using web services, address master data quality issues, and understand data warehousing and integration concepts.
- Conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the business in order to build relationships and understand their unique needs/requirements.
- Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system.
- Responsible for analysis, design, and documentation of new solutions/concept.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills with a solid ability to ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication.
- Working knowledge of Utilities processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of business process management models and skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and desktop publishing programs.
- Experience in SAP solutions working or integration in SAP ECC 6.0 with familiarity of core functionality SAP modules.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
- Thoroughly proficient in both verbal and written English.
- Good knowledge of utility companies.
- Transformation and change leadership.
- Track record of working with consultants and System Integrator.
