Scope

A Client and Trainee Relations Coordinator (CTRC), acts as an intermediary between our client, and the clients to meet the clients’ need for information, support, assistance, reports, and visits. The liaison helps our client understand the customer’s needs, expectations, difficulties and propose effective solutions to our client management team. Moreover, A (CTRC) must maintain high-level professional communication skills and demonstrate a working knowledge of all systems used by the client base. A (CTRC) must have excellent social and interpersonal skills.

Basic Function

- Identify and assess Clients needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.

- Prepares and distributes fact sheets, newsletter, photographs, scripts, motion pictures, or tape recordings to Clients.

- Provide required information and documents to clients.

- Plan and schedule monthly meetings with clients or as needed.

- Monitor clients’ satisfaction through follow-up on solving client’s issues and problems.

- Initiate measures to research and resolve client raised issues.

- Collaborate with clients to identify and implement value added services.

- Make sure all clients’ complaints are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the clients with a positive resolution.

- Analyze problems and make recommendations.

- Work as multi-tasking within ITQAN’s functions and provide the required support when it is needed.

- Identify and assess Clients needs to achieve satisfaction. - Follow Safety Management System (SMS).
