Perform a variety of high-level professional and administrative support functions in the areas of contracts management, budget, accountability, cost analysis, and other departmental activities.

Description

1. Provide staff assistance to the department manager/planning and program analyst to carry out departmental planning and related activities.

2. Prepare routine and special reports for department’s review and approval.

3. Assist in the preparation of business plan, operating plan, accountability reports and other departmental reports.

4. Assist the department in getting details of operating plans, manpower, budgets, performance review, accountability, policies and procedures.

5. Conduct studies and prepare reports related to the department’s business activities such as effective utilization of funds and resources or other areas of concern.

6. Develop and maintain statistical reports, cost control measures, and scheduling programs for management’s perusal.

7. Assist the department/P&P analyst in preparing analytical work and reports.

8. Provide analysis and summaries, as assigned, of various departmental concerns, issues and findings.

9. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience

Diploma in Administration, Accounting, MIS or any relevant field.
