Scope

In context of Amiral, work in coordination with PetChem Business proponent and information technology (IT) together by understanding requirements and limitations to control the execution and implementation of iMOMS project. Ownership for quality of work and deliverables on pre-defined Business Scope.

Description

1. Structuring and prioritizing Business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approvals.

2. Assist requirement gathering, developing system design and drafting functional specifications.

3. Provide technical expertise and coherent recommendations assessing project.

4. Identify modifications required in existing landscapes to meet user requirements.

5. Collaborate with Project Leader, Data & Analytics and ICT team to ensure solutions are viable and consistent by ensuring adherence of IT standards, company policies and procedures during entire development process to support a quality deliverable.

6. Responsible for status reports and presentations during weekly meetings with management.

7. Should follow a can-do attitude for any other task required by ICT Management.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in (Information Technology) or equivalent.

Certification: SAP Certified.

8-10 years of related experience (technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required)

Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical Companies

- Data Validation & Reconciliation: This partially automates the balancing of mass, energy, and volume across the facilities, to maximize user trust and effective actions for operations excellence including an “energy aware” performance. - Decision Support and Visualization (DSV): Decision Support and Visualization is the solution that supports the combined functional requirements of the Refinery and Petrochemicals complex and that provides functions which help the organization to improve site performance while balancing naturally conflicting objectives such as throughput, yield, quality, etc. DSV will help all users, at all levels of the organization, to answer the following simple questions earlier, more frequently, and with better context to make earlier and more effective recommendations and actions, so that they continually make the better compromises among naturally conflicting KPIs, and learn how to balance the top performance targets for maximum profitability.
