About HAKA
Responsibilities
- Supports the Vice President office in handling the day-to-day administrative tasks and office requirements, arranging for meetings and events, weekly highlights.
- Acts as a point of contact between executives, internal and external clients.
-Answers calls, takes messages and handles correspondences.
-Maintains diaries and arranges Vice President Meetings.
-Types, prepares, and collates reports.
-Organizes meetings (produces agendas and takes meeting minutes).
-Manages database and filing system.
-Liaises with relevant organizations and clients.
-Logs or processes bills or expenses.
-Reviews documents before it goes to Vice President for approval.
-Prepares Presentations for management meetings.
-Monitors budgets and expenditure and provides reports.
-Handles confidential information.
-Performs other duties and tasks as required by the line manager.
Qualification
- Diploma is required, bachelor’s degree is highly preferred in business administration, or English language.
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years of related experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and writer English language.
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge (Microsoft office; Excel, & PowerPoint)
