Responsibilities
- Identify and assess Clients needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with Company Clients through open and interactive communication.
- Prepares and distributes fact sheets, newsletter, photographs, scripts, motion pictures, or tape recordings to Company Clients.
- Provide required information and documents to clients.
- Plan and schedule monthly meetings with clients or as needed.
- Monitor clients’ satisfaction through follow-up on solving client’s issues and problems.
- Initiate measures to research and resolve client raised issues.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and implement value added services.
- Make sure all clients’ complaints are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the clients with a positive resolution.
- Analyze problems and make recommendations.
- Work as multi-tasking within Company functions and provide the required support when it is needed.
- Identify and assess Clients needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow Safety Management System (SMS).
Work location
Eastern Province - Al Juaima'h.
