Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, MIS or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong technical experience in using excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and analysis of monthly cost data, developing variance analysis reports, developing tracking sheets for key activities, assisting with quarterly, semi-annually and annual performance reporting.

• Develop annual business plan and update KPIs on quarterly basis.

• Develop PowerPoint presentations for quarterly business plan update meetings, monthly audit status update meetings with IA Management, etc. Key skills required in PowerPoint include thinking about the audience to developing appropriate layout and content, editing slides, inserting tables, charts, graphs, hyperlinks and use of effects like animations, graphics, etc.

• Perform various administrative tasks assigned by IA Management or the Business Line, which includes but not limited to data-gathering, updating databases, data interpretation, report creation, execution of process changes, and the generation of basic analytical findings and recommendations.

• Provide analytical support to more senior personnel across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the organization.

Skills

• Understanding of Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and be able to demonstrate good utilization of excel and PowerPoint.

• Good personality, team work oriented and flexible in taking on diverse tasks.

• Excellent command of oral & written English.
