Requirements

• Participates in the budgeting process for capital projects. 
• Initiates funding for project proposal development and monitors proposal activities. 
• Assists in the preparation of expenditure requests (ERs) to ensure adequacy from an SAPMT point of view. 
• Input appropriate data entries into SAP.                 
• Participates in generating engineering and construction contracts and internal company work authorizations. 
• Checks the validity of invoices, codes each invoice with the appropriate account.
• Determines commitments with respect to outside contractors/vendors and within Saudi Aramco. 
• Analyzes expenditure reports as generated within Saudi Aramco and external organizations. 
• Prepares expenditure forecasts including estimates of cost of any remaining work and costs to date. 
• Prepares and processes project change requests (PCRs) for project scope and schedule changes. 
• Prepares project status update reports. 
• Assists in the preparation for quarterly reviews by executive management. 
• Participates in project close-out efforts. 
• Contributes to the Project Closeout Report.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or any Engineering discipline.
• +3 years cost engineering experience.
• Saudi National.
• Fluent in English.
