About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and ambitious Social Media Specialist to work with our team to plan, create, edit and develop the social media strategic company through all network platforms and how to optimize content for maximum growth professionality.

Responsibilities:
-
- Generate, edit, publish, and share organization’s content through different platforms such as (LinkedIn, indeed, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Reviews and scrutinizes the business performance, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance.
- Be flexible and lead on working with internal, freelance and agency resources.
- Plan content calendars.
- Write captions, upload content (posts & stories)

Requirements:
-
- Proven working knowledge and understanding in social media marketing or a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s in communication Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to work in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, including working with initiative to take on responsibility and proactively problem solve.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.
- Proven track record of developing and managing brand social media channels in the area.
