Requirements
• Administer the computing systems including the private cloud, high-performance computing, big data, and other platforms
• Manage non-Aramco imaged end user devices (e.g. workstations, laptops, tablets,…etc), including required upgrades and security batching
• Support in change management function, relevant audits and drills
• Configure networking devices including but not limited to firewalls, routers, switches, edge networking and other hosted solutions
• Support in change management function, relevant audits and drills
• Manage upgrades for security batches, compliance and vulnerability fixing for networking devices
• Maintains familiarity with vendor roadmaps and release schedules.
• Stay informed of current events in the IT platforms industry including the latest exploits and threats, as well as, preventative measures, and remediation techniques.
• Ensure stability and security for the IT Platforms in the D&IT Lab of Excellence
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and problem analysis, working with other 3rd level teams and vendors as needed to achieve incident and problem resolution.

Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year experience in Data Center and IT Platforms Operations field.
• Experience with Private Cloud, High Performance Computing, and Big Data platforms.
• Ability to gain knowledge in HPC support and configuration and handle cybersecurity of IT infrastructure and end user devices.
