Requirements

• Performs the functions necessary to support commissioning and decommissioning of computing resources.
• Performs Asset Management activities which include creating, updating, and maintaining Computing Asset records.
• Collaborates with other engineering partners within Company to support the commissioning and decommissioning services and computing infrastructure requests.
• Collaborates with registered vendors to support the commissioning and decommissioning services.
• Manage and maintain the physical modular data center infrastructure, including the UPS, in-row CRAH units, and other facility systems.
• Administer the third party internet connectivity.
• Provide engineering support for new IT solutions and platforms.
• Support specialized networking systems such as video conferencing, LoRaWAN,…etc
• Administer networking devices including but not limited to firewalls, routers, switches, AV system network, Data Center Network, edge networking and other hosted solutions.
• Manage and maintain systems during building scheduled shutdowns, emergency shutdown, and emergencies. 
• Manage the new deployments, upgrades, hardware changes, and decommissioning of networking hardware.
• Support in change management function, relevant audits and drills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• One year experience in Data Center and IT Platforms Operations field.
• Experience with Private Cloud, High Performance Computing, and Big Data platforms.
• Good problem solving; analytical and troubleshooting skills; solid understanding of underlying technologies: hardware, software
