About the job:

Develop and Manage designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments, use  specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities:
•incorporate Building & Infrastructure technical solutions, best practices and engineering consultation such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to create a full 3D virtual model of the project, giving great insights in terms of the design and planning the construction process through effective 3D Clash Analysis and accessibility for future inspection and maintenance activities.
•Coordinate detailed design to ensure contributory factors and reasonable design options have been considered, and that the design meets the requirements as outlined in Project proposal, resolve technical queries & Non-Compliance issues.
•oversee architecture/civil/structural implementation activities not only from standards compliance perspective, but also from Reliability, Sustainability and Durability Prospective which are influential factors to add value in the Project Infrastructure & Buildings.
•Prepare interior design plan. interior design is the heart of buildings design that will reflect into the style and personality of company business nature. So, well planned Interior Design effort will add value through connecting the entire project together, make spaces more functional and appealing & deliver latest trends to Building Finishing Works/Plumbing/Electrical Systems.
•Ensure buildings selected materials cater for energy performance, thermal insulation, strength, durability, water resistance, appearance & permeability, etc which are to be properly studied before making final selection of any building material for a particular use to avoid Cost-Quality Trade Off decisions.
•Developing initial estimates and scope of work on structure project changes costs, building time and special requirements
•Reviewing and preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project
•Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgets
•Preparing work contracts for building subcontractors.
•Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
•Developing and giving presentations to inform the public about upcoming public building projects
Requirements:
•Architects Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
•10 + years in leader role within Architects
•Architects Engineering & Construction experience.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Good presentation skill Ability to notice and troubleshoot a problem.
•Excellent negotiation skills for high valued technically & commercially complex Issues and projects.
•Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others regarding continuous improvement.
