Position description:
Professional Partnerships Coordinator will develop, organize and oversee partnership profiles activities and sponsorships agreements, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. The main objective of this role would be to manage & track company partnerships, sponsorships and MOUs for the growth of the organization.
Minimum requirements:

-Bachelor degree in Business administration, Law, marketing or other relevant fields from a recognized and approved program.
-Minimum of Three years of relevant experience in strategy partnerships within cultural institute, or non-profit organization.
-Knowledgeable in developing communication plan.

Duties and responsibilities:
-Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with stakeholders
-Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
-Promotes the organizations public image through interactions with business, industry, and local leaders.
-Advise the Management on the possibilities for strategic potential partnerships and sponsorships.
-Establish working relationships with key potential partners and attend relevant meetings in an effort to position the center as a partner of choice.
-Lead, manage and coordinate agreement negotiations, drafting of project proposals, budget and other partnership and program development communication with partners.
-Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
-Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
-Coordinate with the public relations team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.
-Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
-Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.
-Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances.
