-Diploma degree in IT, computer maintenance ,Networking or related field

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Ensuring that all systems are working properly
-Performing basic computer hardware/software installation and configuration
-Maintaining incident records and its resolution
-Maintaining and updating the server logs of the incident and its resolution
-Configuring and installing of new IT equipment
-Identifying and resolving issues regarding software, hardware, and operating system.
