Job Purpose:
To direct the Information Technology & Security department, manage the design of company IT and security strategies, lead the implementation of plans, technology, and IT infrastructure management, and continuously improve company IT capabilities and services to support company operations and achieve company goals. 
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
-Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is desirable.
-Excellent verbal and written communication; Fluency in Arabic and English
-10+ years of professional experience in Information Technology in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.
-A proven track record of dynamic and successful leadership in Information Technology.
-A proven track record of deploying forward-looking strategic, managerial, and operational methods (including future/cutting-edge technologies). 
-Extensive experience in leading strategic planning, implementation, and performance management. 
-Comprehensive working knowledge of governing bodies, committees, and regulatory organizations for the development sector within KSA.
Accountabilities:
-Develop and direct the implementation of the department strategy ensuring alignment to divisional strategy, company vision, mission and corporate objectives.
-Ensure that department strategy and related strategic plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned with the vision and mission of company.
-Ensure the provision of subject matter expertise for the assigned domain and provide counsel to company leadership on all related areas to facilitate the achievement of company strategy and departmental strategies.
-Oversee the consolidation and recommend the department budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential areas of cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities are capitalized uponī‚§ Oversee the management of ERP project plan, the creation of ERP architecture, and the development of ERP applications. 
-Oversee the cloud management software solutions by monitoring the migration of applications, data, and services in the cloud and ensuring proper operations.
-Monitor the adherence to project and activity deadlines, assess the progress on the ERP applications, and evaluate the distribution of responsibilities.
-Assess and guide changes to current and future ERP application requirements to meet organizational needs.
-Ensures that project milestones/goals are met and in conformity to approved budgets. 
-Oversee and lead the implementation of IT software and hardware strategy and plans to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled within the assigned budget.
-Direct the development and maintenance of the IT architecture including applications and infrastructure required for company employees and visitors.
-Oversee the installation, management, and maintenance of all the key hardware infrastructures (e.g. information, data, communications, and telecom) for company.
-Oversee and ensure that required licenses for off-the-shelf software are up-to-date and renewed regularly. 
-Verify that IT hardware has the necessary systems and infrastructures to assist employees in their day-to-day jobs.
-Maintain software and database to ensure business continuity.
-Ensure high data integrity through backing up system and data and enforcing recovery procedures.
-Manage the development and maintenance of necessary IT documentation and manuals.
-Guide the planning and execution of security strategies and measures on information systems and networks to improve the reliability and security of IT resources.
-Direct the performance of regular vulnerability audits, forensic investigations, risk assessments, testing of data processing systems, implementation of firewalls, development, and implementation of mitigation procedures.
-Oversee daily inspection of security operations and infrastructure to guarantee proper functionality. 
-Oversee the identification and evaluation of security issues and the configuration and finetuning of the security infrastructure.
-Develop a vigorous and well-defined security incident response program as a plan of action based on anticipated risks and thorough post-event analysis.  
-Ensure regular assessment, testing, and implementation of new products, technologies, and controls to remain abreast with the latest developments in the industry and help in mitigating cybersecurity risks.
Oversee operational, technical, and financial KPIs for IT. 
-Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company corporate operations by leveraging new digital technologies and recommendations to acquire, build, or develop new systems
-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontract service providers to develop and maintain IT equipment, ensuring regular schedules are adhered to.
-Oversee IT vendor proposals to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements and support the selection of the best service provider
