Job Purpose:
Oversee, implement and administer Human Resources programs and systems to support and promote the HR objectives.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or any related field 
-Excellent verbal and written communication; Fluency in Arabic and English.
-12+ years of professional experience in HR in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.

-Manage the activities of the Human Resources Department.
-Assist in the on boarding and off boarding of employees and ensure that all related activities are performed according to the standard procedures.
-Oversee the employee data (e.g. work hours, leave, and absenteeism) and take necessary actions to address any identified problem.
-Develop processes and metrics to monitor and assess the achievement of company HR objectives.
-Ensure the implementation HR policies & procedures (e.g. manpower planning, recruiting, performance management, career development.
-Oversee the management of payroll and benefits administration to ensure that compensation and benefits are accurately and efficiently processed and implemented.
-Understand and interpret the HR and company policies & procedures in order to translate them into information system solutions and integration.
-Lead the HR systems integration activities and manage all related projects from initiation to delivery in coordination with company IT department, all Departments under Administration.VP and external consultants and service providers.
-Provide business solutions to all HR systems related activities in order to ensure availability and utilization of best-in-class information systems solutions. 
-Provide guidance to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and practices.
-Oversee administration of employee relations matters relating, but not limited to: corrective action, grievances, disputes, and separation in accordance to the company policies and applicable laws.  
-Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate VP/CEO
