Minimum Qualification & Experience:

-BS degree in Engineering or related field with more than 5 years  of experience.
-Oil & Gas Experience, petrochemical, infrastructure.
-Project Management Related, Project Management Office. 
-Added qualification (PMP, PSP, RMP).
-Preferred to have Middle East experience.
-Working experience with large multinational organizations
-Experience working in home Office and on site Construction.
-Flexible to work on remote locations.
-Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Scheduling Risk Analysis Tool

Job Responsibilities:
The Scheduling Engineer is responsible for developing time schedules, analyzing, updating, monitoring and reporting the progression of the projects during the project Life- Cycle, such that stakeholders are informed quickly and accurately of project events, potential problems and corrective actions. 
-Hands on schedule development experience for project life cycle.
-Analysis and evaluation of proposed project execution strategies 
-Experienced in analyzing / reviewing contractor’s schedules and ability to coordinate independently. 
-Critical Path Method (CPM) / Monthly Schedule Updates / Resource Loaded Schedules / forecasting /Construction project Acceleration
-Earned Value and Invoice Validation 
-Familiar with Schedule Risk Analysis techniques and Tools
-Manage the schedule change management process.
-Ability to identify and communicate potential problems during schedule updates.
-Experienced in establishing the Progress Measurement System for Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases.
-Familiar with industry benchmarking practices and their applications.
-Experienced in developing the scheduling governance processes / procedures
-Schedule delay analysis and quantification
-Familiar with scheduling practices with various EPC contracting strategies.
-Excellent presentation and communication Skills
