Perform conceptual and preliminary design  draft worK such as:Highway Geometric design plan,Roadway Pavement markings & Traffic signs plan,Temporary traffic management plan (Detour Plan), Parking layout plan,Reports production,Mappings,Graphics.

•Develop and maintain standardized CAD drawings symbols library templates for engineering plans   
•Manage engineering drawings records received/produced from/to external stakeholders    
•Draft design plans for safety improvements proposal/consultation for highways & roadway infrastructure facilities ( e.g., geometric design plan, parking layouts plan, signs and pavement markings plans) 
•Draft design plans for safety improvements proposal/consultation for Aramco roadway facilities
•Familiar with international codes & standards (AASHTO, FHWA, MUTCD) and Saudi standards (highway Design - Ministry of Transport) 
•Review the submitted conceptual and detailed design plans from internal and external stakeholders/proponents   
•Develop and draft conceptual drawings, graphic illustrations, and maps required for internal or external tasks 
•Assist in developing quantity and tabulation tables for projects’ scope of work 
•Assist in developing the GIS database for TSSP-engineering info
