-Scheduling shipments and deliveries in coordination with the material planner.
- Documenting clear processes for customs regulations and requirements, and preparation of documents, working with customs agents/ brokers, etc.)
- Optimization of logistical process for import and domestic deliveries, customs clearance, warehousing, reduction of logistical costs
- Planning shipments taking into account manufacturing and sales plans, seasonality of deliveries, etc.
-To validate the shipping documents in accordance with the customs regulations
- To get the needed approvals from customs authorities, DGR shipments and SABER exemptions, etc.
- Ensuring that goods are shipped and delivered in a timely manner to meet operational demands
- Contact different carriers to get shipping quotes and decide on the best cost, availability, and reliability for cargo transport.
- Clearing shipments through a FASH platform and a Saber.
- Coordinate with material team to obtain material classification by HS code.
- Conduct visits for ports to clear any stuck shipments.
- Work to issue the necessary permits (chemicals + communications equipment)
- Issuing certificates for a Saudi export facility.

- Bachelor's degree/ high diploma in Business administration or other operational relevant field.
-3- 5 years of Logistics and customes clearnce
- Arabic - English fluency in speaking & writing
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Software
- Fast learner, hard worker, well-organized, responsible, positive, flexible.
- Knowledge of local customs regulations
