Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate/Follow up safety orientation training.
• Coordinate/Follow up ID application requests.
• Coordinate/Follow up GIH training.
• Coordinate/Follow up Heavy equipment/vehicle & tools containers EHS inspection.
• Coordinate/Follow up Heavy/light vehicle sticker.
• Create mobilization Heavy equipment, Heavy/light vehicle & tools containers statistic reports.
• Coordinate/Follow up any requirement during pre-TA, Execution & post TA.
• Coordinate/Follow up contractor de mobilization & ID/sticker cancellation.
• Coordinate/Follow up heavy equipment & tool containers de mobilization.
• Create de mobilization Heavy equipment, Heavy/light vehicle & tools containers statistic reports.
• Create mobilization/demobilisation close out/lesson learnt report.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
• Essential: High school or any related fields.
Certificates:
• Any job-related education certifications.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5-year experience in supervision.
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of PC & MS applications.
