Job Responsibilities::
-
-Develop and administrates human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and health & safety.
-Ensure human resources strategies align with organizational goals.
-Supervises human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization.
-Experience in succession planning, Workforce planning & performance management.
-Expert in regional employment and labor office laws and associated regulations.

Minimum Qualification & Experience::
-
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related discipline. Master’s degree is preferable.
-6 - 8 years of experience in a similar function with at least 4 years in a similar position.
-SHRM SCP, CIPD Level 5 certification or similar is a plus.
