About the Job:

Develop strategic, business and operating plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders along with preparation of relevant performance reports and the analysis of financial statement analysis components of strategic, business and operating plans to aid decision making of leadership team and functional / department heads.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any similar discipline from a recognized academic institution
or Master’s degree in Accounting or any similar discipline(Preferred).

-5-6 years of experience in a similar function with 3+ years in similar role.
-Prior experience in a similar position in a globally recognized organization(Preferred).

Duties and responsibilities:
-Develop guidelines for building the short and long-term strategic plans in line with the vision,mission, and strategic objectives.
-Facilitate strategic planning workshops with key stakeholders and development of strategic plans with department heads in line with business objectives to develop an on-time, accurate and comprehensive strategic plan for the organization.
-Perform context and market analysis by working with partners, interpret obtained data and utilize it for making strategic plans accurate and relevant to the company.
-Work with key stakeholders to cascade strategic plans, into actionable initiatives and financial targets.
-Prepare monthly performance reports against enterprise KPIs for the Board, in line with organizational policies and standards, to ensure accurate tracking of organizational performance.
-Continuously monitor Enterprise sales systems, processes, and workflows in order to identify improvement opportunities.
-Review, approve, and oversee the implementation of the opportunities recommended by subordinates to achieve cost and operational efficiencies.'
-Contribute to the development of Company’s QHSE policies while ensuring compliance with all internal policies, processes, procedures, and controls.
