Job Responsibilities::
1.Guide and provide technical support to the plant operation, inspectors or NDT work force.
2.Provide technical support in inspection activities, integrity evaluation of static equipment, interpret the inspection results and recommend the corrective actions, and fitness for service evaluation.
3.Responsible to understand all relevant Inspection internal procedure in timely manner.  
4.Responsible to fully establish the OSI program for all components in the operation unit.
5.Reviews test results & prepares or reviews work sheets, records & reports on inspection assignments & NDTs.
6.Responsible to upload, maintain and update OSI data to SAP SAIF program
7.Responsible to perform, execute and coordinate all OSI program (External/Internal/T&I) actions without any overdue.
8.Maintain all OSI records and drawings up to date on proper filing system.
9.Carry out analysis, review and correction actions as required to plant components reliable.
10.Establish and maintain all of the inspection specialty programs such as CUI, Nipples, Drains, Dead legs, Pump Out and Chemical Injections, etc.
11.Support and maintain the RBI program.
12.Develop Pre and Post T&I inspection scope and procedures for plant equipment to verify all potential damage mechanisms.
13.Take corrective action to maintain plant equipment reliability.
14.Perform equipment internal inspections.
15.Document internal inspection results and comprehensive unit reports and documentation. 
16.Responsible to ensure approved and updated EIS is available in the unit for all equipment in the plant.
17.Ensures EIS revisions are effectively made as required by SAEP-20.
18.Ensure deviations are processed for overdue equipment in ahead of time.
19.Support unit MOC implementation and reflect the changes into inspection programs.
20.Support the new construction activity and carry out required inspection.
21.Maintain and update the inspection program and documentation for the new construction
22.Develop required inspection  Defect Notifications  for any corrective action to the unit equipment.
23.Ensure timely execution to inspection  Defect Notifications.
24.Maintain and update the records based on the Inspection Defect Notifications.
25.Trains lesser qualified inspection personnel. Provides work direction & technical guidance to lower classified inspectors.
Minimum Qualification & Experience::
-Bachelor of Science Engineering
-Ten (10) years minimum experience in API-510/570/Welding type inspection in the oil/gas industry which must include a minimum of five (5) years in oil refining
-Knowledge on stream inspection practices
-Knowledge of inspection scheduling systems and related code requirements
-Knowledge of profile radiographic techniques and all techniques for pipe wall measurements
-Knowledge of general corrosion forms
-Knowledge of localized corrosion forms
-Competency to categorize the circuits according to the corrosion, vibration and consequence of failure.
-Competency of calculation of corrosion rate and remaining life.
-Skills of conventional NDT and Advanced NDT
-Must have one internationally recognized Welding certificate/Coating certificate also both certificate from API510/570.
