Job Responsibilities::

Maintenance Planner II will be responsible for all Maintenance Planning Activities related to Haw Gas Storage Projects and:
•Processes work orders, ensuring conformance with the latest revision of Maintenance Work Order G.I. # 1000.500.
•Visits job site when necessary.
•Identifies all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step.
•Provides the foremen with a completed package at minimum cost and ensures that materials are received prior to scheduling the job.
•Participates in the Weekly/Schedule Coordination Meeting and presents the Weekly Schedule of workable maintenance jobs from the backlog. Prepares daily schedules from the approved Weekly Schedule, per Aramco G.I. 1020.
•Coordinates daily schedules with Maintenance Foremen, Supervisor and Operations Foremen and ensures that a complete planning package is attached to the work order.
•Lists, edits and checks all issued minor maintenance tickets (MMT) and plans/schedules work. Plans major jobs with the assistance of senior planner and develop critical path charts if required.
•Generates SAP and Plant Maintenance reports.
•Prepares and reviews Whole Job Standards.

Minimum Qualification & Experience::
•ITC Course Subject /Course Level ENGLISH ERW MATHEMATICS MI 
•Minimum 11 years Special Field Experience in varied crafts
•Maintenance Planner Course; Completion of one of Phase IV Maint Craft Programs - BET#s (40010624) or (40011495) or (40031157) or (40057127) or (40058045) or Corporate Maintenance Planners CERT/REC (BET# 40036902)
